How about the safety of MCP?

MCP is a water-soluble dietary fiber comes from nature. It is a structural component of plant cell walls and an acidic polysaccharide rich in galacturonic acid. Citrus pectin is recommended by FAQ and WHO as a safe component without daily intake limitation. We use imported lemon peels and biological enzymolysis technology, and does not add any chemical raw materials.
