In September 2012, Gold Kropn signed a Technical Cooperation Agreement with Zhejiang University to bring out collaborative researches and function tests on cancer treatment and immunoregulatory activity, focusing on MCP’s function towards the adjuvant treatment of breast cancer.
The project was taken by professor Shu Zheng, who is the vice chairman of Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, director of the National Colorectal cancer professional committee, and the Professor of Zhejiang University oncology department.
The results from the project show that low molecular weight citrus pectin has a significant role in adjuvant treatment of cancer and immune regulation.
