     [Patent] Producing method and application of anti-alcoholic pectin enzymolysis product

     

    This invention introduces the preparation method and application of pectin enzymolysis product with the function of anti-hangover and anti-drunk. Use pectase to enzymolysis and degrease high molecular weight pectin under constant temperature.  After the product is filtered, use ethanol washing and alcoholic precipitation to obtain high purity product. Then it was vacuum-dried, pulverized and sieved to obtain pectin enzymolysis product with the good function of hangover and anti-drunk.

    Through enzymolysis and degreasing, the pectin in this patent has decreased degree of esterification and molecular weight, thus has much better effect of anti-hangover and anti-drunk than the standard pectin.

    This enzymolysis pectin product can be used as good anti-alcohol functional food or supplements.
