Production Overview

    Company production base is located in Donggang Economic Development Zone, Quzhou, Zhejiang, China, covers an area of ​​over 12,000 square meters. It’s equipped with GMP production workshop, batching plant, packaging workshop, warehouse and other functional areas, and built different production line of enzymolysis, separation, purification and preparation according to different products, with an annual MCP output of 120 tons.

     Each workshop is designed and constructed under GMP requirements, use 50mm thick color steel and aluminum as plant spacing material. All the tubes for steam, drinking water, purified water, chilled water, air conditioner and cables are installed in the technical dissection, and then directed to the point of use. Production area is of flow and logistics distinction, and it is divided into general production area and 100,000 grade clean area; purification system is of three filters: early, mid and high efficiency, and have a buffer or gas chamber between different levels of cleanliness. The workshop has established a complete production quality management and quality assurance system, and has a number of qualified technical experts and skilled workers, complete plant facilities, clean sanitary environment, complete quality management agency, advanced production facilities and testing equipments, providing effective protection to the production of MCP.
